  • fitness assessments

We'll schedule personal training sessions to support your fitness goals:

  • on a regular basis
  • or once in a while
  • one on one, or with a buddy

You choose what works for you. What I do is create a program based on your fitness and life goals then teach you the correct technique to maximize the results of your efforts.
